I'm a Front-end Engineer working with React, Next.js and TypeScript — and Node.js on the back-end, where I'm strongest — at a Rede Globo affiliate covering 373 municipalities in São Paulo. The front-end of every product goes through me end to end: from the first version of the screen in Figma to the deployment in production.
The other side of the work is standardization. I restructured the architecture and the development standard of our React and Next.js applications, and I review the code of the entire team, focused on security, performance and accessibility. Out of every ten production incidents, two or three involve the front-end — and that holds because nothing gets there without going through review and a staging environment.
Outside of work I'm the creator and maintainer of Dara — a documented, flexible foundation covering project structure, HTTP request generation, unit testing and AI-assisted development practices. I've been evolving it for three years, and the documentation lives on sketch.ig, my experimentation space.
